Joe Gallo, frequent spokesman for the North Dock Tin Boat Association, a.k.a. the Furgary Boat Club, has another letter to the editor in today's Register-Star: "Cabin owners pay." In the letter, Gallo claims that the Furgarians, "the littoral stewards of North Dock Wharf," have financed the new waste water treatment plant through forty years of paying outboard motor fuel tax and suggests that, from the Furgarians viewpoint, the unnamed city attorney who says they pay no taxes is "the upland parasite squatting at taxpayer expense."
