Returning to the Scene

On Friday, Gossips published photographs of the front yard at 17-19 Fairview Avenue, one of the two houses Stewart's Shops wants to buy and demolish in order to expand its convenience store and gas station, piled with discarded objects and wondered if the display was meant to encourage community support for the house's demolition. 

Passing by the site yesterday, I noticed most of the objects were gone. This morning I returned to the scene to take a picture.

The improvement is reportedly the result of intervention by code enforcement officer Craig Haigh.
