In May, the City issued an RFP (request for proposals) for the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Dunn warehouse at the Hudson waterfront. Responses were due on June 8.
At the informal Common Council meeting on Monday, Peter Bujanow, commissioner of Public Works, reported that six responses to the RFP had been received, and they were currently being reviewed. He provided no information about who had submitted proposals, who was reviewing them, or when any information about the proposals would be shared with the public.

Glad to see that six responses were submitted, the Dunn building is in a critical location. We're seeing major new investment in the waterfront zone (Basilica, Wick Hotel, Kitty's / Caboose, etc.) At this rate, Colarusso's nasty gravel dump is going to get marginalized.
