On Tuesday, Gossips reported that the new retail establishment opening at 314 Warren Street will be complying with Chapter 325, Article XIV, of the city code, "Community Character Preservation," by not calling the shop Clic, which is the name used for nine of the owner's eleven other locations, and by making changes in the business plan. This morning at the Historic Preservation Commission meeting, it was revealed what the Hudson store will be called when the sign for the shop was presented to the HPC for a certificate of appropriateness.
Wait a second. So I am opening a franchise business - Starbucks. But I am calling it...Coffee518. That makes it ok?
