City Hall announced today that the auction of 10-12 Warren Street and 429 Warren will take place on Thursday, August 17, at 5:30 p.m., at the Central Fire Station, 77 North Seventh Street.
Earlier that day, there will be public viewings of each property: 10-12 Warren from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m.; 429 Warren from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. No appointment is necessary to participate in the public viewing.
No minimum bid has been set for either property. Winning bids are subject to final approval by the Common Council. For more information about the auction, click here.
