In addition to the usual overnight parking regulations (cars need to be on the even side of the street tonight), the Hudson Police Department has issued this parking advisory
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING--STREET SWEEPING
Please be advised that DPW has put up several NO PARKING signs in the following areas for street sweeping:
- Columbia Street--4th Street to 7th Street
- 6th Street--Prospect Street to State Street
Please move vehicles from these areas during street sweeping operations to avoid being ticketed.
**Please also continue to adhere to alternate side parking.**
I've lived on North 6 Street for 28 years and I can't remember a time when this street was ever swept ... why now ??? what's the source of this new service ... its an inconvenience ... actually I question why Hudson has a street sweeper at all ...
