The Hudson Farmers Market observed its twentieth anniversary this Saturday with a ceremonial ribbon cutting, executed by Assemblymember Didi Barrett, with such dignitaries as Mayor Tiffany Martin Hamilton, HPD Chief Ed Moore, and aldermen Priscilla Moore, Rick Rector, and Michael O'Hara looking on.
Before cutting the ribbon, Barrett presented market manager Virginia Ambrose with a citation, recognizing our beloved Hudson Farmers Market, the largest farmers market in Columbia County, as one of the longest running farmers markets in the State of New York and commending it for the service it does, bringing fresh, wholesome, locally grown and produced food to the people of Hudson.
