Bought off. Mr. Potter (It's a Wonderful Life) owns this town and the people who run it. When will the legislation be introduced to change the name from Hudson to Galvanville?
A 2,000,000 sewage overflow. It seems pretty irresponsible for anyone involved to approve the addition of all these new units without any acknowledgement or consideration of the pollution problem.

Galvan's Parking Study for the Planning Board included, among other blatant "mistakes," 11 spaces for their tenants on the east side of N. 6th Street from State to Washington. The only problem is that there are 5 NO PARKING ANY TIME signs along that 2 block stretch WHERE NO ONE IS EVER ALLOWED TO PARK. Apparently the authors of the parking study didn't notice any of the signs. The Planning Board was duped, Galvan takes us all for fools, and they win again. This vote for Galvan was a HUGE and REGRETTABLE MISTAKE for all of Hudson.
Ugh. Back to the '70's. Have we learnt nothing.
ReplyDeleteThe Hudson Whisperer said that after it’s built Bliss Towers will be listed for demolition.
ReplyDelete“The Hudson Whisperer”?
DeleteSo much for objective journalism! The Register-Star is such a pathetic joke.
ReplyDeleteLike Hudson, the Star follows the money
