Your Last Chance . . . for a While

Today is the last day of May, and that means Historic Hudson's celebration of Historic Preservation Month comes to an end. The exhibition of a sampling of Lynn Davis's monumental work The Warren Street Project at 243 Warren Street will be open today from noon until 5:00 p.m., followed by a closing reception from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Currently on display are the images of the buildings on the south side of Warren Street from Front Street to the 300 block.

The remarkable collection known as The Warren Street Project, by renowned photographer Lynn Davis, documents every building on Hudson's main street in the mid-1990s. The exhibition celebrates Hudson's revitalization over the past thirty years and the role historic preservation played in that journey back from the edge. The event also reminds people of the part Historic Hudson played in helping Hudson embrace its historic architecture and its history.
