It is not known what inspired the change--if it was public criticism or the fact that one of the councilmembers needs to be in Colorado on that day--but it was announced this morning that the Common Council public hearing on the Citizens' Initiative for Charter Change, scheduled for Monday, March 31, at 6:00 p.m., will now be a hybrid meeting, taking place in person at City Hall and on Microsoft Teams. Perhaps because concerned citizens are emailing the council directly, and County leadership gets notified whenever Hudson City leaders embarrass the Blue Team.
