In today's Register-Star, Ken Dow discusses the propensity of Columbia County Board of Supervisors committees to go into executive session: "MY VIEW: The abuse of executive session." To help educate us all, Dow usefully identifies the specific section of the Open Meetings Law that defines the eight reasons why a public body may go into executive session: Section 105.
