Gossips has written about the weighted vote many times and about the discovered errors in apportioning the census data and the deviations from the charter in the ward boundaries. In today's Register-Star, John Mason takes up these issues: "Voters to change wards with boundary fixes." There's not much new information here except some hard-to-comprehend comments by city clerk Tracy Delaney about adjustments to census data typically made by the clerk's office that were not made with the 2010 census figures and the suggestion that the weighted vote allocations are going to be to be redone to correct all the errors.
