"What Is so Rare as a Day in June?"

The forecast for tomorrow--the first Saturday in June--is near perfect: mostly sunny, with a high of 71 degrees. What could be better for a Garden Conservancy open day? Five amazing gardens will be available for visitation tomorrow: two in Hudson--Hudson Hood on North Third Street and Versailles on Hudson on Rossman Avenue; two in Claverack--Ketay Garden and the Garden of Peter Bevacqua & Stephen King; and one a bit farther afield in Hillsdale--Texas Hill.

The Garden of Peter Bevacqua & Stephen King
For those taking time off from tending their own gardens to visit the enviable gardens of others, Pondside Nursery will be selling plants at Peter Bevacqua & Stephen King's garden, so that inspiration can readily be actualized.

All the gardens will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. except Hudson Hood, which doesn't open until 11 a.m. For more information, visit the Garden Conservancy website.
