Winter Won't Last Forever

On this February night, after we've endured, in the past twelve hours, snow, freezing rain, and a "wintry mix," the time is perfect to announce that Mrs. Greenthumbs Day is returning in 2018!

The biennial event honoring the memory of Cassandra Danz, a.k.a. Mrs. Greenthumbs, Hudson's most talented, most exuberant, and most famous gardener, will take place this year on Sunday, July 22. 

On Mrs. Greenthumbs Day, Hudsonians are invited to open their gardens to fellow gardeners, gardener wannabes, and garden appreciators in the most democratic of garden tours. If you have a garden you love, work hard at, and are proud of, please consider being part of this very special open garden day.
