Happening Later Today
The fifth annual CSA Fair happens today, Thursday, April 4, here in Hudson.
Sponsored by the Hudson Valley CSA Coalition, the CSA Fair is a chance to meet the farmers who grow your food, buy fresh produce, meat, and eggs at the winter farm stand, enjoy popcorn and beer from the Suarez Family Brewery, and sign up for a CSA share. Signing up for a share at the fair will enter you in a raffle with great prizes donated by such local businesses as BackBar, Fish & Game, and Gaskins. Participating farms include Common Hands, Kinderhook Farm, Ironwood Farm, The Farm at Millers Crossing, Woven Stars Farms, and Letterbox Farm Collective.
