Finally
The building on the northwest corner of Warren and Third has been vacant for as long as most of us can remember. Once the location of McKenna's Restaurant, it has been vacant for two decades and a something of an eyesore at one of the major gateways to Hudson.
Gossips has written about this building often. The most comprehensive posts can be found here, here, and here. Now, at long last, the building is finally ready for occupancy.

BTW the marble door surrounds were not just painted - they were sloppily covered in paste.
