And Now This
Soon after the Planning Board denied approval to Carmine Pierro to create a self storage facility, made up of wooden storage sheds, on the lot he owns at the corner of Fairview Avenue and Oakwood Boulevard, a second RV appeared parked on the property.
In recent days, after Pierro's sore loser comments at the Planning Board were formally condemned by that body, yet another object has appeared on the lot: a rented storage unit.

Is this Pierro's way of getting even with the City and the neighbors, as well as anyone driving along Fairview Avenue, for not getting his way?

ReplyDeleteIs it legal?
ReplyDeleteTechnically, I believe, according to the Code it can be considered abandoned property if it is not actually being used (like unregistered vehicles). Good luck getting that taken care of.
