In January, the metal siding came off.

Next, restore the large windows -- complete the restoration. it is hard to believe how much has been lost here in Hudson.

Who's doing the work and what are they planning for the building's use?
ReplyDeleteThe building is owned by Galvan, so presumably Galvan Partners, the Galvan for-profit construction crew, is doing the work. At one point, it seemed this part of the building was to be part of Return Brewing, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
DeleteI believe there used to be solar panels on the roof.
