Keeping the Issue Alive

Not much has been said or heard about the Furgary Boat Club in recent weeks, but today, Joe Gallo, spokesman for the North Dock Tin Boat Association, has a letter to the editor in the Register-Star: "A proviso."

  1. On August 21st, the state Supreme Court issued the completed case history to the Office of the Columbia County Clerk.

    We can finally figure out with precision what went wrong for the Furgarians in the courts.

    We will learn what was wrong with Furgary's arguments, or conversely we will know what was wrong in the court's judgement.
