Imitation the Highest Form of Flattery?

The New York Post reports today that Sarah Dibben of Swallow Coffee is suing a coffee shop in Brooklyn for appropriating the name Swallow: "Williamsburg cafe sued for stealing name and upstate hipster vibes."

    Yes, and the Jackson Hole diner on Madison Avenue is suing Jackson Hole, Wyoming for confusing people about which is which.

    Sort of like the old story of the rooster thinking he brought the sun up because he crowed at dawn.
