Last year, the weekend suspension of overnight alternate side of the street parking ended at the beginning of October. This year will be different. In recognition of Hudson's popularity as a destination for tourists in autumn, Police Commissioner Gary Graziano has extended the suspension of alternate side of the street parking for two more weekends: October 4-5 and October 11-12.
From Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday, for the next two weekends, cars may be parked overnight on either side of the street. If the fine weather holds, and we don't have a freakishly early snowstorm, Graziano may extend the suspension until the end of October.

Thanks Carole! No sign of that important info on the city's website.
