A replica Viking longship, Draken Harald HÃ¥rfagre, which set sail from Norway in April, arrived in Canada in early June, and has been sailing around the Great Lakes for most of the summer, will soon be journeying down the Hudson River.
Right now, the Draken is in Central New York, making its way through the canal system, but on September 9 it will begin a four-day stay at the Hudson River Maritime Museum in Kingston. Between now and then, it will have to sail right by us. You can monitor Draken's progress here to try to predict when that will happen.
