COVID, Climate Change, and Now EHD

Today, the Hudson Police Department shared the following information on its Facebook page: 
Five dead deer were located today at Oakdale Lake. DEC pathologists believe the deer contracted Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHD). Deer with EHD seek out water sources. This is a disease that does not affect humans. Please see the attached FAQ sheet published by the Department of Environmental Conservation.
