What Fresh Hell Is THIS?

This, of course, is the Robert Taylor House, an individually designated local landmark, often thought to be Hudson's oldest surviving house. Since 2011, this piece of Hudson's history and architectural heritage was been owned by the Galvan Initiatives Foundation. One has to wonder what on earth is going on here.
