That Settles It

Yesterday, in a press release, Mayor William Hallenbeck declared that parades shall continue to be routed down Warren Street. John Mason based an article, which appears in today's Register-Star, on that press release: "Mayor plans to keep parades on Warren Street."

  1. Just curious why there can't be a week in between the two parades. I believe the Gay Pride Parade in NYC was a week after the Hudson Gay Pride Parade. Why do the Flag Day Parade & Gay Pride Parade need to be right after one another? Other than it's always been that way. Just asking!!

  3. HOORAY MR MAYOR FOR KEEPING THE PARADES ON WARREN STREET!!!!

I agree with Marty...Put a week or two in between the two parades. From what I understand, June is Pride month, so that is why it is held in June, but split them up.

Wouldn't like to see Flag Day parade and Independence day the same day because people go away for the 4th...
