Meetings of Interest in the Week Ahead

There are not very many meetings in the final week before Christmas, leaving a lot of time for holiday festivities. 

• On Monday, December 17, the Common Council Fire Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Central Fire Station, 77 North Seventh Street. No agenda is available for this meeting.
• On Tuesday, December 18, the Common Council Finance Committee meets at 5:30 p.m., and the Common Council holds its regular monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. No agenda is available as yet for either meeting. Both meetings take place in the Community Room of the Hudson Area Library.
• On Wednesday, December 19, the Common Council Public Works and Parks Committee meets at 5:15 p.m. at the Central Fire Station, 77 North Seventh Street. This committee has not met since September, so there very likely is a lot to be reported and discussed.

That's it. After Wednesday, all city government meetings have been canceled for the remainder of December. They will resume in the beginning of the new year.
