Tonight, at the monthly meeting of the Hudson Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, Tim Mattice, HHA executive director, expressed gratitude to the Common Council for its support of the agency's RAD conversion and plans for improvements to Bliss Towers. (Council president Tom DePietro was present in the audience.) Mattice declared the action "entrenches public housing in Troy for decades to come." It had to be pointed out to Mattice that he had said Troy when he (presumably) meant Hudson.
