This coming Sunday, which is the first day of spring, there is to be a bake sale to benefit victims of the war in Ukraine. The sale will take place at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Volunteers are needed to provide baked goods for the sale and to help during the sale. If you can't volunteer, just show up on Sunday and buy things. The church is located at the corner of Union and South Second streets.
