In the Wake of the Break

Jamie Larson has an article about the Hudson Correctional Facility in today's Register-Star: "Pondering Hudson Correctional's future." The article is based primarily on an interview with Hudson mayor Richard Scalera, who worked at the prison for 28 years and staunchly advocates for keeping the Hudson Correctional Facility open and bringing its inmate population back to full capacity: 650 plus prisoners. HCF currently has 365 inmates and 239 full- and part-time employees.
