The Appeal of the Furgary

Jamie Larson reports in today's Register-Star that the North Dock Tin Boat Association has filed an appeal, claiming that Supreme Court Judge Patrick McGrath "was in error when he ruled that the state legally transferred the land containing the Furgary and the Waste Water Treatment Plant to the city of Hudson in 2009": "Furgary launch appeal."
