Pratt Sheds More Light on Lantern
Sam Pratt just published two posts on his blog about buildings in New York owned by Eric Galloway's not-of-profit Lantern Organization. The first, "Primary Source," quotes someone who actually lived in one of Lantern's buildings; the second, "Vermin and Bedbugs," references an article about a Community Board 4 meeting in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea where the conditions in a Lantern building in that neighborhood were described.

"The project is possible because of the housing portion using monies available for that purpose.
The housing component is key to making the new police/courthouse facility
affordable to the City of Hudson."
