About that Gable

Here's the word on the missing gable. It seems that the gable was never intended to be an integral part of the roof. The gable is being fabricated separately and will be mounted on the roof when it's completed.

With the eaves on the roof already in place, it's hard to imagine how a gable added as an ornament is going to achieve any semblance of authenticity.
