They will have to consider repaving Rossman Avenue soon, since the dump trucks have created worse surface and torn up the tarmac at

I imagine they might be holding off until the new condos on the hill are finished, as there will no doubt be a welter of cement trucks coming up the hill next - and then lumber trucks. In the meantime the residents have to put up with potholes and uneven surface.
