Sam Pratt investigates further into David Marston's statement about violations in buildings owned and/or managed by the Lantern Organization in New York City and the Galvan Initiatives Foundation's denial of any such violations: "Demonstrably: I do not think it means what you think it means."
Thanks to Sam for doing that investigative reporting.Besides making it clear Alderman Marston certainly did know what he was talking about and had done his due diligence on the Lantern Org/Group for the citizens he represents,it also strikes home how deeply Lantern Group/Org is involved in the "industry of poverty".
I hope this will give pause to other Ward representatives,to think through what Lantern is really proposing to do here in Hudson and who they are.We are a small city, not the Bronx, Brookln,Upper Manhattan. We need to solve our own current problems, not invite more in.

It's time for a haiku:
ReplyDeleteApril's cruelty--
Eerie lantern: fiery blinds
Hudson, victim, sighs
