Cynthia Lambert, a Hudsonian who is a regular patron at the Red Hook Curry House, reports this morning that the owners of this Indian tandoori restaurant in the village of Red Hook are planning to open a second restaurant, the Hudson Curry House, which will not actually be in Hudson but in Greenport, in the building that was originally a Wendy's franchise, in Columbia Plaza, the strip mall where Staples is located. The new restaurant is expected to open in March.
