Eye on the Street

Coming back from a walk in the cemetery with Joey this morning, I noticed a change at 748 Warren Street, the former location of Bonfiglio & Bread. The coverings on the windows announced the imminent arrival of Nine Cakes--"Cakes and Treats for All of Life's Sweet Celebrations."

What's coming is a Hudson outpost of a cake studio, specializing in wedding cakes, that has existed in Brooklyn since 2008. You can learn more at NineCakes.com.
