And Now for Something New and Different

Gossips makes a habit of following the enterprises of Redburn Development, the group that repurposes old industrial and commercial buildings in the Capital Region as apartment buildings and created The Wick Hotel in a historic factory building on Cross Street where soap and candles were once produced. Today, the Albany Business Review reports about one of their projects in downtown Albany, a building they are calling "The Knick" because the offices of Knickerbocker News were once located there: "Redburn Development's first retail tenant in downtown Albany: an axe throwing bar."
