Progress at a Former Brownfield
The site of the former Foster Refrigerator plant is now the site of a trail head on the Empire State Trail and the Hudson Dog Park.
Progress is being made on both. This was the status of the trail head this morning.
The fence for the dog park will be going up in the next two or three weeks.
