Warren Replansky, attorney for The Valley Alliance, today filed a ten-point brief with the City of Hudson and the State of New York, detailing the legal problems that "continue to afflict Hudson's waterfront planning process."

ReplyDeleteThe abundance of procedural errors and oversights in the impact statement - which the public and O&G both paid for - are wide enough to drive an aggregate truck through.
Come Monday, the generally clueless Common Council will make their final vote on the completeness of the GEIS, something that this commenter can attest is over every one of their heads, the Council President included.
Whatever it is that motivates our representatives, it wouldn't hurt if the public would express a little more interest and curiosity at this time.
