City Treasurer Eileen Halloran reported that two more bids were received during the course of the day, so that, by the end of business, there were three bids in addition to the original offer for the house at 547 State Street. Halloran reports that there is a clear high bidder. The sale must be approved by the Common Council before the identity of the high bidder and the amount of the bid can be revealed.
