Quintin Cross Back in the News
Yesterday, during a pretrial hearing, Quintin Cross's attorney, Susan Tipograph, requested that the case go back to the grand jury or be dropped altogether. Billy Shannon has the story in today's Register-Star: "Lawyer: Coverage could taint jury." Tipograph argued that the grand jury proceedings leading to Cross's indictment "must have been tainted" because of the "high-profile nature of this case," citing the attention his alleged actions have received in the local press and the "blogosphere."
