A year ago, it was reported that this house at 834 Warren Street was being considered by Maranatha Human Services, Inc., as the possible location of a transitional housing facility. The owner withdrew the house from the market, and that never happen.

Gossips learned recently from a reliable source that the house was donated in January to Columbia Memorial Hospital. The hospital plans to have offices on the first floor, which has now been emptied of tenants. According to our source, the first floor rooms retain all their original details, but perhaps not for long.
