Moore on the Mass Gathering Debate

Ninety minutes before the mayor is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the amendments to the mass gathering provisions (which may itself turn out to be something of a mass gathering), Common Council president Don Moore shared his responses to the mayor's concerns about the amendments with John Mason of the Register-Star, Seth Rogovoy of The Rogovoy Report, and The Gossips of Rivertown.
