A Message from the Superintendent of HCSD

This message from Dr. Maria Suttmeier, superintendent of the Hudson City School District, appeared just a few minutes ago on Facebook:

Good Afternoon--this is Superintendent Suttmeier with an important message:

All schools in the HCSD will be dismissing early on Friday, March 11 due to the Bluehawk State Championship Semi Final. There is an overwhelming interest in attending and we want fans to arrive safely and on time. The Bluehawk game will begin at 6:15 at the Glens Falls Civic Center. Admission is $10. Free spectator buses will depart the HS promptly at 3:00 and you must have a ticket to ride. Please see our FB page or website for more information.

We will dismiss JLE at 1:00 and the other buildings at 1:20 on Friday, March 11.

The JHS snowball dance has been postponed to a later date TBA. All other afterschool activities are cancelled.
