A Reminder for Next Week

Currently before the Planning Board for site plan review is the proposal to convert 260 State Street, formerly an apartment building, into eight units of short-term rentals and to re-establish a commercial space in the building, accessed by a entrance at the southeast corner of the house which reportedly still exists under the vinyl siding. A public hearing on this proposal will be held on Thursday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m., in City Hall.
