- approving the four prime contracts for the redevelopment of 701 Union Street as the City of Hudson Police and Court Center;
- voting on the proposed amendment to Section 325-13 of the city code to make hotels a conditionally permitted use in the R-S-C district located in the First Ward near the waterfront.
