Last Friday, when the Columbia County Department of Health was reporting seven active cases of COVID-19 in the county, the State of Vermont said there were 494 active cases per one million and colored Columbia County yellow on its interactive map, indicating the travelers from Columbia County would have to quarantine for fourteen days upon entering Vermont.
Today, with the CCDOH still reporting seven active cases, the State of Vermont says there are now 236 active cases per one million, and Columbia County has achieved the coveted color of green (or aqua) on the map, which means no quarantine.
If you want to go to Vermont, now's the time.
