The latest version of the proposed law regulating short term rentals in now available on the City of Hudson website. Click here to find it.
The law is expected to be a topic of discussion at the informal meeting of the Common Council, which takes place on Tuesday, September 8, at 7:00 p.m., instead of its regular day, which is Monday, because Monday is Labor Day. Fortunately, the Planning Board meeting, which was originally to take place at 6:oo p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, has been moved to 4:30 p.m., so unless the Planning Board meeting goes on for more than two and a half hours, which could well happen, it will be possible to attend both meetings on Zoom.
Update: Gossips just learned that the City cannot do two virtual meetings simultaneously. Consequently, the Planning Board meeting will end promptly at 7:00 p.m. so that the informal Common Council meeting can begin.
