What's Happening with the Dunn Warehouse?

Back in April, the City issued an RFP (request for proposals) for the adaptive reuse of the Dunn Warehouse on the Hudson waterfront. The schedule included in the RFP indicated that proposals were due on June 8, 2023, and notice of award would happen not earlier than June 19, 2023.

Almost four months have passed since the proposals were received. It seems a committee was formed to review the proposals and make a recommendation to the Common Council, but thus far no word about any of this has been shared with public. 

The Dunn warehouse is one of the last remaining historic structures on the Hudson waterfront, and many people care a great deal about it and worry about its survival. When will news of its proposed future be shared with the public?
