The presidential election is more than a year away, but if you want to have a voice in deciding who the major party candidates will be--Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders (or maybe Joe Biden) for the Democrats or any one of the vast field of wannabes for the Republicans--and you may need to act soon. To vote in a party primary, you must be a registered member of that party. If you are not already a registered Democrat or a registered Republican, you have until October 9 to change your party enrollment at the Board of Elections. That's October 9, 2015--seven weeks and four days from today.
